Whats a "good" moble CB antenna choice & its mounting location for a lifted Jeep XJ?

-So based on a "moble" CB antenna design, which would be a good reccomendation to get in use by a brand new Uniden model #PC68LTW thats peaked & tuned??? Advice needed on the size & mounting location on a lifted Jeep XJ & be "within reason" of say $25 bucks & still perform good????
