i am 14 and i way about 160 and i am 5ft 7in tall. i want to be in the marines and want some sort of training regiment to get me into good shape for the training in a couple years. Please don't put "you shouldn't go into the military, or your to young i made up my mind. Increase in stamina, upper and lower body strength and lung capacity. also i have a gym card thing so anything to do their too. thanks!
