Whats a good hotel/place ballroom for a Sweet Sixteen ?

My parents said I could have a sweet sixteen, and my birthdays in April, but I have to know what hotel by Oct. I live in Atherton, CA. but I have friends that live near me and in Hayward, CA. whats a good hotel/place not to far from both area's and has a nice ballroom area for a DJ and at least 200-250 people ?
