What's a good headline for a newspaper review of american beauty?

I'm doing a review of the film "american beauty" and I need a decent catchphrase to put at the top of the page. I was thinking something like; Are you wearing an extra layer of skin to hide your true self?

I'm sure you guys can come up with some good suggestions,
