What's a good, free photo editing service that cuts out fat?

There's this really good picture of me and my friend in our bikinis at the beach, but she won't let me post them because her stomach fat is hanging out, so is there anything i can use for free to cut that out? I already tried photobucket and they don't have it.
 
Tell her that she is pretty no matter wat. Looks dont matter! Tell her it the inside that matters!!! And if peeple dont like her cuz they saw that pic of her then they r missing out on a REALLY good friend!
