Whats a good Food to eat that'll Calm you down or make you sleepy?

Lavender is known to calm the body. If you have any culinary abilities I know of a good recipe for lavender bread.

Drinks before bed are more of a psychological calmer, they don't actually do anything.

It's really just about finding what works for you.

I don't think peanut butter would do it though because it's protein and (in most cases) sugar, which are good for energy.
