What's a good fish to start with?

I have had an aversion to fish for most of my life and I'm fairly certain it's a psychological thing, since I got very sick after eating some years and years ago. I do eat crab and on rare occasions shrimp, and weirdly I really like tuna from a can... only packed in water of course.
Anyway, I hear more and more about the health benefits of fish, especially salmon, so I'd eventually like to work my way up to that. But for now, can anyone recommend a not-very-fishy fish and/or recipe that I could start out with?
**I already know raw fish, sardines and anchovies are out of the question!
