whats a good first car?

a good car for a teen. the only one i have in mind is nissan altima. a new and good car thats not too expensive (over $22,000) but nice. no honda or toyotas please.
 
Since Honda is out...I'd recommend a Subaru. Check out the WRX - fun, fast, and reliable. And it's all wheel drive which works great in the snow. The Altima is nice, but won't be as reliable as the Subaru (or as fun!).

VW jettas or GTi'S are nice too--

- Chevy Cobalt

_Ford focus are nice ( I drove one b4)

-Lancers are nice too

& Mitsubishi Eclipses
