It's spring now and I want to get rid of the extra winter weight around my belly hips and thighs. I'm going on holiday to Sardinia in Italy at the end of June and I want to start adding new exercises into my exercise routine to get a hot body for the beach. I'm 5'3, 58kg and 15 years old. I can't change my diet (because I'm staying with a host family and I have no choice in what we eat-usually pasta, salad, bread, chicken.) but I can step up my exercise routine. Any ideas? I already run everyday for 45minutes, and I do some strength exercises but I would like advice on exercises specifically for my belly, hips and thighs. I just wanna get rid of the little layer of body fat. Help?
