Height: 6'3
Weight: 250 lbs. 23% body fat.
I'm a 19 year old who just got out of high school. I played football all four years while in high school so I've got that bulky build. I'd like to think that I'm mostly muscle. And strength is definitely my strong suit. I bench 380 and Backsquat 500, so I'd consider myself pretty strong.
I'm going to college this year, and I'm not going to be playing football. So I want to lose some weight and get to a good healthy weight. I was hoping to burn body fat and reach around 220 (let me know if that's too much or too little). However, I don't want to be that scrawny runner who looks like a twig. I want to look fit. I think most people understand what I mean.
I really enjoy running and cycling. But being 250 lbs, my ability to sustain aerobic exercises isn't very good. I'd love to get into a program where I run, cycle, and lift weights. But my main problem is that I have no clue how to organize a program that encompasses all of these things.
I know that diet is what is going to get me to my ideal weight and body fat % so I've started to work on that.
I'd really appreciate any sort of suggestions that anybody has for me.
Thanks so much!
I'm willing to do 2 a days as well if that's what will make the program work.
