Hi. I'm told I'm meant to exercise both parts of my body, front and back. So, for example, if I work on triceps I should also work on biceps to even it out.
If I work on my abs, what is a good exercise to tone and strengthen the corresponding muscles on my back, or the other side? I tried situps for a while but had to stop as my back became painful, when I went to sleep. So I want to find the routine that will address this problem. Thanks for your advice.
