Whats A Good Exercise And Diet Routine So i Can Tone My Stomach?

Okayy So im 16 years old and im a pretty average size id say that im thin but im trying to loose a little more just enough so i can start to tone my belly ... i want to start a routine so i can keep up with it eahc day and be ready for the summer time :) i want to work with what i have tho .. i have a exercise bike and that pole thing thats in the air and u lift urself on it or something ? .. anyways so if anyone can just give me a simple routine that i can use that includes doing a certain amount of scrunches and time on the exercise bike and food ..ya so basically all of that SO can anyone help me out ?
