I was thinking either Tandoor or Clay Pit... What do you think? The name should be associated with Indian food or India (like On The Border or Chipotle are easily associated with Mexican food...)
loads of indian restaurants in the uk ,just wish there were more in the states ,one of the few things I miss ,anyway names such as taj mahal ,light of bengal, mumtaz ,eastenders,star of india or curry out.
