Whats a good dinner to cook?

I'm watching my sisters house while shes gone on her honeymoon, and cant really leave the house for long periods of time. So I want to make a special night for my girlfriend. I already have the candles and the flowers. The only thing I'm missing is the dinner. I've never cooked before. Shes not a big meat eater, but I am. She eats meat, just not big portions at a time, but she can handle chicken.

Whats a good idea for an easy romantic dinner? Cuz she doesnt cook either, so its not like we can do it together. Any ideas? And it has to be ok with champagne too! If possible of course lol
 
I love this meal -- it's easy, and delicious! And you can do things while it's cooking, like lighting the candles, chilling the champagne, and getting the house all romantic for her!

Preheat an oven to 350. Place thawed chicken breasts in a bean pot or large pot that's oven safe. Cover the chicken with a large can of cream of mushroom soup, and a 20oz bottle of coke. (It's totally disgusting looking, but the results are awesome!) Sprinkle about 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder on it. No need to stir. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 3 hours. (yes, three hours!) It comes out so tender that you can chop it up with a wooden spoon. Serve it over mashed potatoes or split-open biscuits. (store bought, of course!) Buy some strawberries and get some whipped cream and chocolate syrup for dessert :)
