I've done Weight Watchers in the past, but now I'm considering something like Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. What will work with minimal food preparation? I don't have to cook for a family; mainly just for myself and sometimes for my husband and I (I work nights, so we usually eat at different times). I work 12 hour shifts, so I find it easier to just grab and go. Thanks.
