Im currently pregnant with our second child, and am starting to research diet/exercise plans for after when I have this bub - Ive worked out that I want to loose 20kgs by xmas, and i should be able to do this at a healthy rate of 1kg per week (im due the end of June) and thats with taking the first month after the baby is born without worrying about it (would rather just get in the new routine of baby plus 3 year old before worrying about dieting)
Does anyone have any tips about good plans they've either tried or heard good things about? And what about exercise? Thanks in advance!
