Whats a good civilization game?

Whats a good civilization game for the pc. Preferably one with trading. Something like Empire Earth, but not that game.

Red Alert 3 is really fun, its a war game, but you build up an army, and attack the other players team. Look it up. There is a game called Civilization, but I think it is only for Xbox 360. Good luck!
