What's a good beginner MIDI keyboard?

I'm looking for something around 30 inches, so about 49 keys, and with a decent price ($100-$200).
I have my eye on the M-Audio KeyRig 49 and the Oxygen 49. I would appreciate it if you would suggest either one of these or another.
