I don't have my license yet but i will be 16 in about a month and i really need a car so i can get a job. i would like it to be a 2000 or younger and i would like to be able to buy this car for less than or equal to around $3,000 if possible. i am most likely going to get a used car but would like it to be in good shape. i live in Missouri near Kansas City so it would be helpful if the place i would be buying the car is close. please and thank you for all your help.
