What's a daily exercise workout I can do with my body alone so I can keep in shape and

look good with muscles? I think I have OCD, and I can literally follow any instructions pertaining to exercise. Give me any instructions and I will follow them exactly. I never fail in these things but lately I haven't had time to do exercise and now I am overweight again.

Any good daily exercise routines to tone all muscles? I don't have any weights yet so I have to work with my body alone.

For example, I know crunches tone abs, I am willing to do however many a day, I don't get tired and my doctor even said I have mental illness due to sticking with my exercise routines too closely and strictly.
