What's a book that almost made you cry/really made you think?

I'm looking for a book that will give me something to think about, such as "What the Birds See", "13 Reasons Why", "A Mango-Shaped Space" or "Storm Catchers". I'm 15, so no adult books that are over my head please.^^
 
One book that has really made me think would have to be "Big Mouth & Ugly Girl" by Joyce Carol Oates. It made me think because of the inequalities of the world and how it related to my life as a 15 year old (I'm the same age). I got so upset in the book sometimes because of how people were being mistreated and how only one or two people made friends with those being mistreated. It fueled my lonliness, but it is a wonderfully written book.
 
My Sister's Keeper really makes you think, it's a good book, and might make someone cry....
