Would it be cheaper to get a Virgin Mobile phone or MetroPCS??

Virgin Mobile:
No activation fee
expensive phone
$25 a month
300 minutes
unlimited web/texting

$40 a month
1200 minutes
unlimited web/textinq

OR:

MetroPCS

$15-25 activation fee
cheap phone
$40 a month
unlimited everything







let me know what u think or
if u have either of them which is cheaper
