its says 21.5lbs in 3 weeks, thats like 45Kg too good to be true., hits number one in google, has Oprah, CNN and some other news companies review.
 
It's a load of nonsense.

If anyone loses weight it's because they were going to anyway. They were on a diet or exercising or both.

It may help if you drink tea instead of some other high calorie drink you would otherwise have had. Other than that it's a cup of tea.
 
jesus what next ? another green tea weight loss special - where you get your fat lardy ass out of chair to turn the kettle and do a STEVEN SEAGAL on someones ass !!

I agree with JP. It sounds like another Hollywood binge diet to me. Where you lose water and think your losing weight, then when you eat or drink you gain it all back.:( plus some.
I wouldn't trust the raves the stars give either, they get paid to back it.
The best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat, cut out the carbs and sodas and get plenty of exercise.

Yes they can but not if they want to remain healthy.

People can lose as much weight as they want, for example by not eating anything and only drinking water. However as you are so rightly thinking, that's mad talk.

There is no such thing as fat burning tea, gum or anything else. It may be something which will help your normal digestive process, or improve your metabolism. However the solution is a good healthy diet, allied to exercise. You know that better than I do.
 
Don't try and lose weight fast, just steadily. It's not healthy to have rapid weight loss..It's better to just eat healthier and less, exercise plenty and your mound will start to decrease in no time. :)
