I think they are some bad apartments. They hot water don't stay hot, you cant pay your bill online they don't have light fixtures in the downstairs apartments. They say they will work with you but they don't. At the time of the hurricane and most people wasn't able to go to work. rent was due 2Weeks from there. I only was able to go to work for the week when the lights got turned back on. So i wasn't able to pay them the whole amount of rent. My check was 350 before they took out so I bring home like 320. I had to buy diapers for my babies and food. I went to the office to see if they will work with me because of the storm. They said that i had to give them .300 and also pay late fees. they was so wrong. but i stay at the bottom and the floor was wet. They was suppose to come and clean the carpet But they didn't clean the carpet. they are just some bad apartments
