what wrong with my tesco mobile?

i left it down beside me on the sofa last nite & when i picked it up its asking me for the restriction code. i didnt do nothing or press any buttons or drop it so cant understand it. tried ringing customer off a landline but they left me on hold for 25 minutes before i hung up.they cant be that busy at 8am on a sunday morning
