what wrong with my military macaw?

My macaw lately has been a little depressed, and she has been mopey and she has been sitting a lot on the bathroom mat (for some wired reason she choose to sit there) and lately she hasn't been going up to eat or drink, and when i went to check on her, she had her wing's laid down and she looks weak and we brought her water bowl and some food and she ate and drank, but she usually goes and eats and drinks at her cage but, it seems as if she's to weak to get up and get it herself, the only thing i know that that's not normal. and am not sure what to do and am not sure if she wants to lay another egg (even though she doesn't have a mate) but if anyone could give me a good tip or advice, i would really appreciate that!

I love the first answer, but I wish to add this:

This sounds awfully similar to what happened to my Amazon parrot. He hid it so long, he started going in and out of consciousness as we drove to the vet. It turned out that the water we were giving him was too high in iron.
So if your water is from a well, try switching to regular store-bought water.
