What would you say in the last rebuttal speech in a parlimentary debate?

what kinds of things could you say in the last speech that is 2 minutes. i have to make a speech there and i dont know what to say
The rebuttal is to legalizing prostitution. They say things like legalizing prostitution would help prevent diseases because the government would have to distribute things to prevent it, and its there own bodies so they can use them as they want. what are good things to rebute back?
 
Rebuttal to what?

Legalization is a morality issue. It's currently illegal in most countries because it is unethical and immoral. not to mention even Jesus said it was a sin. Why do we want to change this now. If it's was wrong then it's wrong now.

Prostitution affects more than just the prostitutes and "there bodies." It effects the prostitutes families, the customers families and places that currently have legal prostitution also have a much higher crime rate. What if they get pregnant on the job?

And are we really so hard up as a nation that we need to tax a woman, or a man for that matter, on money they made buy giving some stranger sex? It's really a sad affair if you think about it that way!

And once you allow something like this to become legal what's next? I shudder to think what people will come up with!
