What would you pay for a 2003 Chevy S10 pickup with 100,000 miles?

I am looking at a 2003 Chevy S10 Pickup with 100,000 miles on it. It is a one owner car and is very clean inside and out. The engine compartment is clean, although not abnormally so. The truck drives well and the AC and other options all work.

The asking price is $4995.00 at a used car lot. It is being sold As Is without any warranty.
 
That might be a little high for the mileage, but it's a great truck. I have a '95 with 140,000 miles and I freakin' LOVE it! Also, for that kind of money, it should have a V6 and automatic.
 
4 or 6 cylinder, what options.? If 4 then1500.00 as miles are 30K over at .10 deduction for miles if every other thing is normal wear and tear. clean carfax and no salvage title. New was 5000.00 down payment will give you 150 payments a month with 5000.00 d own for 6 cylinder so.... 12-14,000 and 6 was 15-17000 so for 4.3 V6 add 2-3000, for 2.8 no add.
