It depends on what they have on the menu, of course! They don't all serve the same food. There could be a 5 star restaurant that specialized in Italian, French, Asian, Continental or other cuisines - or one that specialized in Seafood, steaks, or other category.
If I was going to 5-star that specialized in steaks and chops, I would probably get something the dry-ages well, like a rib steak. If I was going to a 5-star that specializes in seafood, I would probably get steak and lobster.
It just depends on what they make.
