I used to work for a vegetarian restaurant, and they had other stuff for sale everywhere. From organic nut bars and granola products, a full rack of like 70 different kinds of tea, canvass tote bags and free trade chocolate, etc. After eating people sometimes like to nibble, and this stuff sold like hotcakes.
