What would you do if you went to a garage sale and found your kids stolen bike?

We just did, it was stolen 3 months ago...had a personalized liscense plate on it and stickers so we knew it was his. The owner said "Oh you can have it!" and went and hid inside

they wanted 30 bucks for it
Oh I took that bike back, we paid 100 bucks for it brand new 6 months ago!

I'd take it back and be happy that I had gone to that garage sale.
