What would you do if this were your garden and your neighbors did this? What should

I do? I live in an apartment house owned by my mom and dad. We live upstairs, some older a-holes live downstairs. So, for the past 3 days, I've been cultivating the ground in the back yard where I was planning on planting my flower garden. I bought a scalloped rock border and put that around my area, where my garden is. So yesterday, I planted some of my seeds. Today, I look outside and see the mother f-ers from downstairs have gotten into my garden and planted a ton of huge plants. This garden is small and it's MINE. I did all the work and bought all the seeds. The ground was not cultivated and the rock border was NOT up until yesterday, so then they go back there and ruin the ground where all my seeds are planted. These people are extremely sneaky jerks, really. Should I go back there and just rip all their stuff out of my garden, or have my mom say something? I mean, it took me forever to make this part of the yard perfect for my garden. I had to pick rocks and glass out of the ground practically all day. I cannot stand these people; they've stolen vegetables from our garden in the past and I want them to know that this is not acceptable. I had already asked to plan this garden and bought all the soil/seeds/border for it. I am so angry right now. What should I do?
 
One answer comes to mind, use Round Up it kills almost everything... You probably will not be able to work out a deal with these crazy people, so, just get a bottle and spray it all down, nobody wins...

first i would talk to your mom and dad (since they gave you permission for this garden to be just yours and they are the owners and land lords.) Did you tell the people downstairs that they could not use it and that this garden is specifically yours? Some people need it to be spelled out in clear writing lol. Tell your mom and dad and explain to the that you would like them to talk to the people downstairs and explain what you would like done. Good luck!
