That happened to me when I was 7. I was so scared. I went as fast as I could.....until I wiped out. I bent my handle bars. Luckily for me, two girls in a car saw me and came to help. They chased the dog away for me. I don't think I even thanked them......so, thank you nice ladies!

If you can't out-ride him, jump off the bike and use it as a shield, hit him with the bike if you have to!

In actuality, this happens to me a lot.. I'm a frequent bike rider, and it is like a fear of mine to run over someones dog.. Then I remember they let their stupid vicious dog loose in the first place, and I keep on riding like normal and hope it doesn't jump into my tires. =D
