...after I told him to stop? He keep taking shots of me when were out at clubs and they are not even good pictures. I asked him to stop posting them or tagging me ,,what should I do to get him to stop?
 
The problem is, if your friend takes the pictures he owns the rights, especially if it is in a public place. If you delete him as a friend on Facebook, he can't tag you directly, but your other friends can tag you in his pictures.

Once the pictures are uploaded on Facebook, technically Facebook owns the rights. You can file a complaint through the website, but I highly doubt that anything will come of it unless the situation is serious (I mean like he is posting illegal material like kiddie porn or something).

I have the same problem with some of my friends tagging pictures I would rather not have the world see. Facebook sends me emails every time I am tagged, and I usually try to check it asap to see if it is something I want put up.

have you tried reporting them? or reporting him? ive had similar situations where someone im friends with would take pics off facebook for random people online to rate, he needs to stop and ask you about posting pictures of you online first thats what i always do with pics of my friends
 
I'm pretty sure you can un-tag yourself in photos. But not much you can do about him posting them, since you did let him take the picture in the first place.
