What would you change about Pokemon types and why?

Here's some of mine:

~Poison-type attacks will become super-effective against Bug-types as were in the R/B/Y generation. Water and Dragon-types will also become vulnerable to Poison-type attacks as well.
Reason: There's no excuse for the gamemakers to make the Poison-types even more weaker post-R/B/Y when we worry so much about pollution these days, dozens of toxins can kill most living organisms quiet easily and some of us use chemicals to kill insects that run around the house, don't we?

~Normal-types are no longer immune to Ghost-type attacks.
Reason: Ghosts can scare away normal people, possess their bodies and many other things. And a Girafarig would be way too difficult to defeat w/o a strong Bug or Dark-type attack.

~All Normal/Flying-types except for the Doduo line and maybe Farfetch'd will become pure Flying-types.
Reason: Flying is the only Pokemon type that hasn't been unpaired before, Normal/Flying-types always popup in every single generation esp. Chatot when it was originally supposed to be a pure Flying-type so far and what's point of having Flying as a Pokemon type if it's never gonna be unpaired at all?

~Dragon-type attacks will become super-effective against Psychic and Dark-types.
Reason: Dragons should be strong against more than just their own kind and as much I love Psychic-types hence my username, it'd require a great deal of strategy to defeat a majority of them if don't have Shadow Ball in your arsenal and most Bug and Dark-type attacks just aren't that good. Again, Girafarig has an immunity to Ghost-type attacks thanks to its being Normal-type and Spiritorab and Sableye are both royal pains to defeat if you don't have Miracle Eye or any mechanisms in your arsenal like Foresight that allow Normal and Fighting-type attacks to hit Ghost-types.

What are yours?

Friendly reminder:

Dont post again in a topic just because you want to bump it up, bad idea.

I dont really think pokemon neeRAB anymore types, it has plenty as it is..

If they made a new series, then yes, they should add more

I honestly think that this topic would fit in better in the video game section since it is deals more with the video games than with the actual anime series.

As for the question, I'm not sure if having more Pokemon types would be really that good for Pokemon. There's already seventeen types and every one of them have strengths and weaknesses. I think that there's already enough for players to work on from there.

Even though it'd be too complex for them, I think that each move/Pokemon should have it's own weaknesses and strengths. For example, I can see why general poison moves wouldn't work against steel (though they shouldn't work against rock either using the same logic), but I think Acid should be super effective against them, given the whole nature of acid. Similar to them splitting moves based on special and physical stats, they should do that again with types.
