What would you call the position of something who works in the garden department?

The application I'm filling out asks me to state the position(s) I'm applying for. Further down the page it asks for my preference, in which I checked garden products and cashier. So, in Position Applying For, I have placed cashier, but do not know what to call the position of someone who works in the garden center. I don't think you would call them a gardener, would you?
