What would the wind speed be if..?

If a hurricane is moving north at 20 knots and the system has a wind speed of 75 knots, what total wind speed can we expect on the RIGHT side of the hurricane?

ALSO!!! PLEASE help me with this question What two scenarios would cause a normal hurricanes storm surge to become devastating?
