I've been with Verizon since june or july 2010. i got the Samsung Reality phone.
its been having glitches with the backgrounds because they automatically change and a family member said they had to get a new one mailed because the verizon people told her it will just keep having that issue unless she gets a new one.
so i was wondering what would i have to pay if i tried trading my phone for an iphone? would i get a discount since the phone i have now is having glitches?
