court date for a dui? someone i know has had a little trouble. hey were out one night and got a little drunk and drove back home thinking he wouldn't get caught. but he did and his breathalyzer was pretty high. he got a court date but didn't go. sense then the police have been coming by his house asking questions like where he was. hes been in hiding i don't know where. but what would the police do if they found him and he was hiding from them? what would they do with his kids? what would they do if he has had a record of things like this?
 
No problem. In most instances, such as this, the police will throw you a party and give you a lot of presents. In this case it seems the police are only searching for your friend in order to set up a good day for the party and to see what presents he wants.
 
He has an outstanding warrant. This is why they are inquiring about his whereabouts. His kids could be placed in foster homes or allowed to live with a relative.
 
He'd go to jail and held for his trial. He'd probably continue to stay in jail when he's convicted. His kids would stay with the nearest relative, likely the mother or parents.
