What would the best mobile phone be for a 13 year old girl?

I was thinking a web slider. I don't want to pay too much $ 200 or less. And i want all the basic functions like MP3 player, camera, bluetooth etc.. any other ideas??

i have had couple phones ans im pleased with my EnV2 like an ipod and computer mixed to gether you can also try Samsung slide

I think its just a tad over $200 - maybe $230 or so?
But its great (:
It looks fantastic, has a touch screen, 5 mega pixel camera, bluetooth, MP3 player, radio, video camera, etc (:
