What would stop you from returning to a restaurant other than rodents?

I'm not talking about the obvious bad service/bad food. I'm interested in the other things that would keep you away

Would it be...
Too hot/cold inside?
Loud kids?
Other clientele?
The neighborhood?
 
Furniture. Old, neglected furniture would definately keep me away. Who wants to eat on an abused and disgusting table?
