I forgot one of my textbooks outside on my high school campus, I went outside during class to go obtain it and it was gone.
Now I'm wondering what someone would do with the stolen textbook. They haven't returned it to the office and I don't know how they could try to make money off of it (it says property of ___ on it)
I'm pretty sure taking something without permission is still stealing it, no matter if I carelessly left it outside or not.
The book is a school book, and it is free for students to check out.
