To accomplish his pogrom, Obama will pretend that opening the REX84 facilities as "emergency indigent housing" is a humanitarian program, just like the Kibera project that is happening right now in Kenya. My guess is, he will first blame Bush, saying Bush is the one who built the REX84 system, Then Obama will deny having any plans to use them. So why is he continuing to staff and maintain them?
