What would it cost to replace the rear tires of a Honda Accord?

I am seriously considering purchasing a 1991 Honda Accord SE. The only problem is that the owner has stated that it needs two new rear tires to pass inspection. Consequently I convinced him to lower the price by over $200. I'm not sure if that's enough, though, because replacing tires can be hundreds of dollars. I may need him to take another $100 off that.

Can anyone tell me what replacing the tires would cost so I can know how to negotiate the price down further if necessary?
