this 19 year old boy threatened my life (i am 15) and my girlfriend (she is 17) over the phone. her parents called the police and we didnt press charges but they have documented that he has been causing problems and they have a case number on him. since I am a minor and he is an adult, if he were to assault me or my girlfriend, or threaten me again in person or over the phone again, pull a weapon, etc. what would happen to him legally?
