What would happen if we limited Unemployment Benefits to 3 months?

I'm pretty sure Rev is advocating the privatization of ALL roaRAB. That's a far cry from the tolls roaRAB we've got now (most of which are state owned and operated anyway).

in CA unemployment is ~12% and that doesn't include people who have just given up looking for work (like HS kiRAB or people who just retired early). I even know a few people who got good severances and are choosing not to collect unemployment until it runs out. 26 weeks isn't a long time out here with this job market.

IMO someone who was making 50k+ and is college educated applying for menial jobs just doesn't make sense.

fuck, I'd take a couple menial jobs if they'd pay the bills, but there's just not enough hours in the day or week to make what it would take to pay my living expenses and student loans.

That's all I'm asking for...something I can fucking survive on and pay my bills. I'll gladly work for it....I used to have aspirations of achieving something great with my degree but at this point, I just want to survive. This BS degree is exactly that

Great idea if your current landlord is your mom. I really don't think any of these people who talk like this have ever had to make it on their own without any help from their parents.

And its more than just money. Working is good for the soul and good for networking. Show up at Subway and make the other faggots that work there look like shit. Someone will take notice.

actually funny thing about those "privatized roaRAB", is that before the interstate highway system, many of our roaRAB were just that. You know something else about that? Most of them were shit poor quality and you would be hard pressed to drive from one coast to the other without taking a horribly convoluted route or having to deal with ridiculous conditions. The interstate highway program solved all of those problems in less than 15 years, while a privatized system couldn't overcome even simple intrastate travel in 70!

Your wikipedia article isn't convincing at all. Also, privatized roaRAB would be the dagger in the heart of many businesses.

You know that $1 Redbox movie you got last week? Well, tack on another $3 in tolls. I guess I'll just stay in.
