What would happen if mercury and plutos travelling speed increased/decreased and why?

1.What would happen to mercury if its travelling speed
a) increased? why?
b) decreased? why
2. Same question with pluto...

Also just an extra can you describe the relationship between distance from the sun compared to travelling speed of the planets?
