I got a bulging gut so I'm wondering what would happen if all I did was eat vegetables in the form of soup and salad and drank water (like eight 16 oz servings of water each day to amount to a gallon) every day with maybe some moderate to intense 20 minute elliptical and a few weight repetitions on the bench press and free weights each night. I am 230 and I'm trying to shrink down to about 150 since I'm 5'5".
