So basically, I live on a council estate and in front of my fence there is this evil looking thorny bush that spans the entire lench of the fence. And now it's grown over the fence and is attacking people when they walk down my garden path. I need to cut it back, but some the branches are like an inch thick! What can I do to cut it back?
