What would cause these types of mood swings and symptoms?

-Mood swings that change within hours and days.
-Have manic and depressive episodes like in Bipolar but shorter
-Delusions
-Extreme paranoia
-Hearing things
-Impulses
-Racing & disorganized Thoughts
-Social withdrawal
-Hostility
-Strange ways of communication

Not talking about *me* by the way
And a blood test has ruled out anything physical.
No illegal drugs.
